What we Publish
Books of Eden Publishing publishes books and media that transmit the wisdom and understanding of a new way of being- one founded on universal love and the acknowledgement of the divinity of form. We celebrate the dignity and grace of our human experience. As such, our materials are both practical and mystical, guiding awakened souls into the light of their own truth while catalyzing real, tangible differences in the material world.

In this “genre,” the divine speaks through us as the higher aspects of self that break through illusion and “what has been” to articulate something unprecedented- a New Earth founded on principles of unconditional worthiness, divine love, beauty, and reverence for all beings. In this way, the divine teaches us, as us. Our books are an expression of our embodied divinity. We teach through words, yes, which emerge from that deep place of interconnection. However, writers in this genre also offer their very presence as a herald of a loving, harmonious way of being on Earth. In this way, writers in this genre are the embodied wayshowers of the New Eden.
The books of this genre are not religious nor associated with any specific wisdom tradition. They recognize the inherent divinity of all people and acknowledge that wherever there is love, there is the potential for transformation.
As a microcosmic reflection of divine creativity, you will notice that the books and materials offered here wouldn’t fit on any single, predetermined “shelf.” This is why we had to create our own! You may find memoir next to research, children’s books next to non-fiction. You may even find the same author writing in extremely different styles, or books that are different from anything you have ever seen. The connecting thread is each book’s dedication to bringing you closer to your own boundless and divine nature.
In this way, the books we publish demonstrate that the method for engaging with the divine is wide open: multifaceted, spacious, and unbound by what has come before. The only unifying thread for our authors is authentic expression of the ways in which their lives were shaped, guided, and taught by a force much greater, more loving, more intimate, and more present than we could know with our minds.

Kate’s Story
Dr. Kate has her Ph.D in Curriculum, which can broadly be defined as the study of human-created systems. With this background, she has studied the evolution of human consciousness and believes that feminine energy is moving forward as the guiding power within human evolution.
How did Books of Eden Publishing come to be?
A year after earning her Ph.D, Kate experienced an irreversible spiritual awakening. This happened literally overnight so that, all at once, her old life became unrecognizable to her.
Seeking to make sense of this shift, Kate spent the following three years traveling the world, writing and studying metaphysical and mystical arts with teachers both known and unknown. She sought out new modalities of healing that reach beyond the constructs of material reality. On this journey, Kate discovered a natural affinity with Shamanic Healing, Heart Imagery and Reversing. She receives many healing visions, images, and experiences in meditation, during sleep, and while interacting with others.
In the final year before founding Books of Eden Publishing, Kate traveled the world, living in a state of almost unbroken solitude. In this time, Kate drew forth two books: The New Eden: Paradise Retold, and an unexpected book- a memoir, Finding Home.
Kate, after unsuccessfully trying to explain her work (and life) to people using traditional frameworks of understanding, realized that her work was truly sui generis and demanded that she establish a new shelf in the library. She did this by founding Books of Eden Publishing and creating a new genre: Pedagogy of the Divine. These creations are her way of translating the workings of the divine in our lives. They offer an expansive home for the visions messages, and insights that come to her from a place beyond reason and, simultaneously, from beyond doubt.
Kate collaborates with people and organizations who share this heart’s dream of living in a way that honors the dignity and sanctity of all beings, starting, always, with the self.
Kate teaches, offers healing journeys, holds workshops, and is at work on her next book (sign up for her newsletter for updates on its release!) She is also a contributor to the Sedona Journal of Emergence with her column, “Transmissions of Living Wisdom.”
Overall, Kate believes that this world we live in is far, far more magical than we currently understand. She believes that humans are truly unlimited beings capable of creating anything at all, effortlessly, joyfully, and with grace. She intends to live this truth to the fullest, and invites you wholeheartedly to join her.
