For most authors, this package contains all you need to bring your manuscript into its highest, most fulfilled expression. It includes two full read-throughs (each with a full 1-1 debrief, which can last up to two hours) and four full 1-1 sessions for deep editing work, as well as other resources.

A note on my read-throughs:
As an editor, I tune into the highest, most fulfilled expression of your book, lifting up your authentic voice as an author. In close-reading your manuscript, I draw forward the places that your book shines with that powerful light, and I also draw forward the places that have yet to be unlocked. My in-depth, detailed read-through includes developmental editing suggestions as well as reflections on tone, structure, consistency, voice, and cohesion. My approach is different from traditional editors, who often will impose a structure or formula over the top of your work. Instead, I listen deeply for what the book wants to be in its highest expression, and I reflect that back to you.
Read-throughs can take me up to ten hours because I am deeply with the text, the book, and your evolution as an author.
This results in highly creative, nuanced, and absorbing writing that will keep you learning as you write.
